A sweet, fruity blend providing the nutritional value of rosehips, berries and flowers. Just as pleasing served warm or chilled. We suggest a cup before bedtime. For children 3-14 years. Strong tea may be mixed with fruit pieces and frozen into ice blocks. Yummy !!!
Method: Place one teaspoon of herb into an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Pay special attention to the temperature of tea before serving to children.
