kelp is a natural rich source of iodine as well as potassium and calcium. It contains other mineral including magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper, sodium and sulphur the B complex vitamins, beta carotene and vitamin A,C, D, E and K. Trace amount of the amino acids as well as protein fibre, carbohydrates and a little fat can also be present.
