DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 25-50mL once or twice daily before meals. Can be taken on its own or mixed with fruit or vegetable juice if desired.

CAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Always read the label. Use only as directed. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek medical advice before taking this preparation. If taken to improve bowel regularity, drink additional water and increase fibre in diet. If symptoms of irregularity persist, seek medical advice. Diabetics should monitor sugar levels. Contains Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate.
