What's so different about Clinicals TRANQN and what are the therapeutic benefits that I can expect?
Clinicals TRANQN by Swisse contains scientifically validated ingredients. TRANQN is a combination of relaxing herbs with synergistically acting magnesium to help relieve nervous tension and help promote normal restful sleep. It contains valerian, one of the most studied herbs known to have relaxing effects and which has been shown to decrease sleep latency (the time needed to fall asleep) thus promoting sleep and relaxation.
How many tablets and when do I need to take Clinicals TRANQN (pronounced 'Tran-kwin')?
The adult dosage is 1-2 tablets half an hour before retiring or as directed by a Health Care Professional.
How quickly can I see results from using Clinicals TRANQN?
It depends on the individual and the condition. However, used as directed, TRANQN may deliver positive results relatively quickly.
What other important information do I need to be aware of/advice that can assist me in achieving better results?
TRANQN may be effective when used on its own, however better and quicker results may be achieved when used in conjunction with Swisse Women's or Men's Ultivite (however, these products are to be taken in the morning and TRANQN at night before retiring).
