Adult only: For the temporary relief of BRONCHIAL COUGH, SINUSITIS and relief of symptoms of CATARRH, COLDS and FLU -
INHALATION: 5 drops (1/4mL) to 1 litre boiling water.
VAPORISATION: 5 drops (1/4mL) to 10mL in water in oil burner.
MASSAGE: 5 drops (1/4mL) to 10mL Sunspirit carrier oil Rub into chest and back twice daily.
