Betula alba (Birch) leaf 20mg
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb 20mg
Angelica archangelica (Angelica) root 17mg

Gentiana luea (Gentian) root 13mg
Solidago virgaurea (Golden rod) 9mg
Dosage
Adults:
Take three capsules with a meal daily.
