Sexual Enhancers
By far the majority of sexual problems are related to heart disease and atherosclerosis. When the arteries become blocked, well you need to do something about it, and of course without getting that blood pumping you can't have good sex either.
That may all sound very pessimistic, but in fact it is not. For example nowadays they have advanced probes with which they can observe the plaque in the arteries. One doctor found that taking raw garlic visibly reduced the plaque, and regarding foods and supplements which dilate blood vessels and remove plaque, that is one example of many.
Another example of a humble food which will fight atherosclerosis is bitter cocoa, without milk and sugar. I have mine with a little cream after reading a scientific study which suspected unfermented milk protein as the main culprit behind heart disease.
Nitric Oxide Stimulators
A Nobel prize was awarded in 1998 for the discovery that nitric oxide is the endothelium relaxation factor. In other words arginine, the precursor to nitric oxide can be used to dilate the blood vessels. This again has been supported by scientific studies, particularly where arginine increased circulation significantly in heart patients.
Sexual enhancers often contain arginine, or herbs which assist in nitric oxide release.
