DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 200–250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 70g (Approx 2 and 1/3 scoops) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
