Used for temporary relief of constipation. Helps to regulate intestinal activity. Helps promote elimination and rids the body of waste.

Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 5.0g dose (1 level scoop, included) once a day with at least 250mL of water or fresh fruit juice or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
It is recommended to take the 5.0g dose in the evening; increase your daily water or herbal tea intake by 1 to 2 litres a day.
Use in children under 12 years is not recommended
Indications
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years.
Not recommended when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present.
Not recommended for people with intestinal obstruction and stenosis
Not recommended for people taking medication prescribed by their doctor.
Not recommended for people with allergies to Linum ustiatissimum, Cassia angustifolia, Rhamnus frangula, and relates species.
