Description
Valerian is known world-wide for its calming
and soothing effect on the body. Herbalists often
use Valerian for panic attacks and to relieve
nervous tension. Traditionally it has been used to
relieve muscle cramps related to stress,
menstrual cramps and PMS.
In conjunction with Valerian, Passionflower too
is beneficial for muscle tension and extreme
anxiety. The combination of these herbs provides
