Grants Vitamin B Liquid can be used for the treatment of Vitamin B deficiencies. It provides a balanced, readily absorbed amount of the B group vitamins, in a pleasant tasting, easy to swallow liquid. The B-complex vitamins are used by the body to metabolise fats and proteins, and are necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Importantly, the body uses the B vitamins to help convert carbohydrate into glucose, which it then ‘burns’ to produce energy. The need for B-Complex vitamins may increase during times of illness or stress. Alcohol, coffee and excessive carbohydrates may increase the body’s requirement for B-complex vitamins.
Grants Vitamin B Liquid contains B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, biotin, choline, inositol and folic acid.
THIS SUPPLEMENT CONTAINS VITAMINS WHICH CAN ONLY BE OF ASSISTANCE IF DIETARY VITAMIN INTAKE IS INADEQUATE.

Each 35mL contains:
Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1) 7.5mg
Riboflavine (Vit B2) 7.5mg
Nicotinamide 100mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vit B6) 15mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) 60mg
Biotin (Vit H) 200mg
Dexpanthenol (Vit B5) 100mg
Choline Bitartrate 1.2g
Inositol (mesa-inositol) 800mg
Folic Acid 500mg
Directions:
Shake bottle before use. Adult Dose - Take 35mL (1 FL.OZ.) per day with meals or as directed. Divide the daily dose with several portions if preferred.
If sensitive to taste of B vitamins, mix with fruit juice or chase dose with water.
Store below 25ºC in a dry place away from the sun. Keep bottle tightly capped between uses. Once opened contents should be consumed within 30 days.
This supplement contains vitamins which can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Free of added starch, colour, milk derivatives, wheat, corn gluten, yeast and animal products. Contains fructose and flavours. No fillers are used. All precautions are taken to keep the formulation free of allergenic contaminants.
