Adult Only:
For the temporary relief of BRONCHIAL COUGH and relief of the symptoms of COLDS-
VAPORISATION: 5 drops (1/4mL) in water in oil burner.
For temporary relief of INSOMNIA
INTERNAL DOSE: 3 drops (1/5mL)in milk or water before bed for a maximum 4 week period.
Use only as directed. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
