Description
Vitamin C and Bioflavanoids such as Hesperidin
and Rutin are very powerful antioxidants that
protect other antioxidants such as vitamin E.
Humans are unable to store vitamin C; it is a
water-soluble vitamin with an active life of only
3 4 hours once ingested.
Increased need of vitamin C occurs after stress,
illness, smoking, prolonged sickness,
medications, exposure to pollution, allergies,
wound healing, burns and after severe bruising.
